If you're having trouble w/Q-bank...

Give Schweser a call (speak to tech support, not CS… they’re helpless) and ask for the one-time download to your PC. SO much better than trying to deal with Schweser’s website right now. I know this is being discussed in another thread but I thought I would make a more prominent post for anyone who didn’t see it there.

This is why you don’t talk to customer service. Call back and pick the number to speak with tech, they can do it there with you on the phone. You will end up with a “fresh” q-bank though.
