I assume this question was answered wrong? In this question the incentive fee that was applied was based on initial investment, but from my understanding the incentive fee should be applied at the end of the year?
Hi, it’s correct. Incentive fee is based on NI (not AUM). Therefore, you have to deduct management fee to calculate incentive fee.
