Which is better when we need to reduce tracking error and cost. Stratified or Optimization.

Stratified --> cost sensitive, need less rebalancing
Full --> Use when Not much stock to repeat, not used when cost is substantial, Least tracking error, the best
Optimization --> Less expensive than Full, but less efficient than stratified
