"India quarantined a man cured of Ebola and traveling from Liberia after samples of his semen tested positive for the virus.
The 26-year-old man arrived in New Delhi on Nov. 10 with a certificate of medical clearance from the Liberian health ministry that he was free of disease, India’s health ministry said in a statement yesterday. Yet three semen tests done after his arrival in Delhi tested positive, prompting the quarantine."
