Interest should be expressed as a % of sales in common size fin statements- as per on CFAI mock exam question If I am not wrong - I also read that it is also expressed a % of long term debt?? Can some one clarify?
As far as I know, common size Income statements % in terms of total sales common size Balance sheet % in terms of total asset. I have not seen in % LT debt
