It depends with organization.
Organisation does not wear ties internally. To clients, yes.
then you woulndt need to wear one, the organisation already knows you. unless the tie makes you feel more confident about yourself, i’d drop it.
Yeah, I wasn’t planning on wearing one. And if the guy doesn’t like it, he can lump it.
It went very well without the tie. Job done.
i work at a big bank and have interviewed a lot internally. the teams i speak to usually have no clue who i am b/c the firm is so huge. i always wear a suit & tie, even though most of the teams have a biz cas dress code.
