hey folks, is it common for companies not to call back after an interview? I spent almost 2 hours in an interview with a large company late last year, but they just didn’t bother to call back (although they said they would call the following week). I haven’t changed jobs much, but in my lifelong experience with interviews, I have ALWAYS had a call back, whether successful or not. I thought it was just common courtesy. It’s probably a blessing in disguise as I don’t need the extra stress of a new job, lol! Anyways, back to the grind!
