I am moving into a new role and will have some major downtime. I may be asked to help with HR in adding to our staff. Have anyone here worked with undergrad hiring? Think a lot of info sessions and first rounds. Then 2nd round in office. Sounds like a lot of talking and drinks.

We are learning as we grow. We are getting some systems in place and building out bench strength.
