I just took the CFAI 2007 exam and for the IPS they did mention bequest of their house to a park under unique circumstances…BUT…they did not put their gift to their son and donation to charity under unique circumstances I’m not sure what to tell you.

I am thinking unique should get graded very leniently. A lot of things could go under unique from the case and it is incredibly subjective.
