IPS Essay Question - When The Answer Is "None"?

How is it graded when the correct answer to an IPS Constraint is “None”, but you put something? For example, a couple has kids going to college and I list that under “Unique Circumstances”, but the answer key says “There are no Unique Circumstances” Do I get this question wrong? Obviously that is somewhat of a gray area - and I can also use the same argument for Legal Constraints.

I’d say you get it wrong, otherwise by that logic you’ll get full points regardless of what you write. I would think you’d need to explicitly say there are no ________ for whatever section it is
