IRFS vs US GAAP

Guys, 1 month till my first exam. friday I made the first Schweser test and scored 65%. I took just after I fnished the last paragraph of Alternative Investments, so, no review.

One thing that tricked me in the test was the differences between US GAAP and IFRS. is there any sheet available with the main differences available? if so, can you pls share it here? thank you!

You can use the Evernote Clearly plugin for chrome to cut out the unecessary ads and stuff, then print it out.
