I was thinking about how far bubbles have to deflate before gaining ground. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, but I found it interesting that the recent low in the S&P 500 of 741.02 was very close to the close on the day that Greenspan made his Irrational Exuberence comments back on 12/5/96. The S&P closed on that day at 744.36. Coincidence, I think not…
