When I’m walking, it’s like I have to lift one leg over the other with every stride. I’m not used to my thighs rubbing together it feels so gross. Then I caught myself wondering how many calories I’m burning when I’m putting sunscreen on. I bought a “fat suit” for work, and then I actually had to start wearing a dress because it’s even looser. The dress looked really good on me though so I wore it for four work days in a row.
Then I was riding my horse, and I felt like a fat person on a scooter, scooting through a texas walmart buying twinkies and unable to walk myself.
I surely have put up a few pounds but judging by your “fat person on a scooter” analogy, I think you are picking up weight at an increasing rate. Take it down a notch by using swaps (fruits for burgers)
Yea, this happens every time. No reason to care about stuff like that the couple weeks before a test that’s only offered once a year. More than enough time to resume caring once it’s over.
Yeah, that’s how I try to view it, as my “forecasted” increase in weight.
I am getting married 2.5 months after the exam and I had to check with a personal trainer that I will be able to feasibly get this weight off in time at a sustainable, non-freak diet, rate.
