Is schwsner better or CFAI Text for Corporate Governance ?

Hello, Which one would you recommend for Corporate Governance schesner or CFAI ? It seems kind of lengthy reading. -Thanks

I found Schweser to actually be more concise and easier to remember. I didn’t have any trouble with understanding the points.
