Is the following use of CFA designation correct/permissible?

I saw the following in some analyst reports: Name, CFA^AC [i.e, CFA to the power of AC]. First of all, what does AC mean? Secondly, isn’t this a violation of the CFA Standards?

Thanks. I don’t understand the site you provided. Are you saying AC means the association with Anne Arundel County?
