There seems to be an inconsistency between the formula in the CFA book and the examples for the Cook’s Distance. The sqrt(k/n) gives me a different answer than the ones given in the text book.
In both those examples, the numerical values they give (0.7303 and 0.679) seem to be 2 x sqrt(k/n) rather than sqrt(k/n).
