This topic seems really intresting, but are there any firms that specialize in quantiative (or otherwise) side of risk (that is analysis), and if so, could anyone give me examples of such firms? (What are the “top ones,” “mid ones” etc.? Thanks.
That’s generally something firms handle internally; however, there are some small firms that do some consulting on a project by project basis. You’re probably better off startingat a bank though. Honestly, as I’ve said before, Wilmott.com is a better resource for learning about these jobs than AF.
