No gifts, benefits, compensation or consideration are to be accepted which may create a conflict of interest with the employer’s interest unless written consent is received from all parties. What does it mean by “all parties?” Does it include clients? I don’t think you’ll ever get consent from clients for such arrangement. From all the examples I did, it seems you only need written consent from the employer.
