Job Description Maintaining and reconciling client portfolio data; this involves connecting with external custodians and various portfolio management teams across all the affiliates Reconciling our pooled funds and analyzing performance discrepancies Responding to ad hoc client portfolio queries from custodians, managers, and/or consultants New account set-up, and account transfers Providing trade support back up to team members; this includes trade input and monitoring as well as trade and portfolio reporting to the managers Candidate Profile This is what we’re looking for: At least two years of related working experience; experience in an institutional investment firm or trust company is an asset Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel Exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively A positive attitude coupled with an interest for the investment industry Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure; dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines An undergraduate degree in commerce or economics Enrollment in the CFA program and completion of the Canadian Securities Course are assets ===================
