Have you noticed that most of the equity analyst job postings on www.efinancialcareers.com or doostang are several months old. I have also seen the same postings with new dates, posted over and over again. What does it imply? Has the position been filled, and someone forgot to take off the posting, or is the employer still searching for hires? Has anyone had any success with these websites?
I personally have no faith in any of those two websites. I’ve never heard anyone actually getting a call from recruiters through those websites. I have a friend who’s a developer at doostang and he told me that attractive positions keep getting bumped up every few days regardless of the availability of the position. I would try recruiters like glocap or michael page international.
rats, if true. doostang makes itself look like it’s the best thing out there.
