If Joey is Brian, than Salomon Smith Barney would be in violation of Standard VII (B) since Dr. Brian Aldershof was referenced as “He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.” Wouldn’t this put Brian in violation by not disassociating as well?
