June's CFA2 only or May FRM2 and June CFA2

I just passed FRM level 1 exam and CFA level 1 exam last year.

My background is I have full time job, 2-3 hours per day can be spent for those two exams.

I know my plan may be challenge, so I want to know if FRM2 is helpful for CFA2. and how many points are similar for those two exams
