Make the Constitution Great Again
Just based on my personal views, I would have wished that Kavanaugh would not have become part of SC. I simply do not agree with his views. I think he is a conservative idiot. Luckily, there is a constitution which sets the rules how SC is chosen and not me or my personal views. And even more importantly, the constitution (thank god) was followed -> Kavanaugh wasn’t turned down based on some loose 35 year old accusations and without any concrete proof. And this is the way it’s supposed to work.
If your opinion of Kavanaugh’s case is impacted by your political standing/affiliation, then I pity you. When you are so emotionally charged and lack common rationality and logic that you allow your own opinions/views of the accused impact the way you feel about an investigation, then you are not fit to opine on the matter. Regardless of the accused personality, political affiliation etc, he does have the right to a fair investigation and to be assumed innocent unless proven otherwise.
If you wish that laws would not be followed when it suits your own agenda, then you should take a long hard look into the mirror.
In life, things don’t always go the way you wish. However, we do have to respect the rules and laws that we have commonly agreed to…even when it means that things do not go as you wish.
Therefore, congrats Justice Kavanaugh!!!
May this embarrassing nomination debacle be the last of its kind. I surely was one for the history books.

Because of that I was wondering what your argument would be against those who condemn Kavanaugh’s nomination, not necessarily because they think an evidence less case could damn him, but because his conduct during the Senate questioning suggested he was not a good candidate for the job. This is not my personal opinion, but I am not sure how I would argue against it without sounding foolish.
Pelosi tried destroying her country by giving them healthcare! Madness! That’s not all, she helped pushed through a rule that prevented discriminating against people with pre-existing conditions. OMG!
the argument is that the last hearing had nothing to do with the man as a judge, it was a man defending his livelihood against a baseless accusation in front of the entire world.
His judicial temperament has a long and impeccable track record which everyone is free to examine, in addition to his unassailable temperament during the actual confirmation hearings.
Guy’s a total partisan from the bush administration and lewinsky joke of a scandal. He’s basically took the heritage foundation track to get in the SC and it actually worked which is scary. Now all these morons are celebrating talking about liberal tears and such yet have no idea about his background or judicial philosophy.
