The reality show star has filed a lawsuit against the low-priced chain and its parent, Gap(GPS), alleging the ads violate her publicity rights. Kardashian claims the commercial, which features model Melissa Molinaro, may confuse consumers. Kardashian is seeking unspecified damages and wants a federal judge to prevent Old Navy from using a lookalike model in its ads in the future. “I’ve worked hard to support the products I’m personally involved with and that I believe in,” she said in a statement.

There’s no way her @ss is half the size of KK’s. Lindsey Lohan sued E*Trade several months ago for the “milkaholic lindsey” baby commercial. She received a settlement from ETFC. Our legal system is a joke.
