Hi I am from Engineering backgroud and registered for Dec 2011 exam. I have not yet started study and planning to start soon. My challenges are: 1) I am working full time in software and its so difficult to find the time to study - what are your thoughts on time issues 2) I do have only five months in hand and can someone recommend the study plan? 3) What is best way to get more confidence on exam ? I think the answers to all your questions are pretty subjective. You didn’t say how much time you do have for studying outside your work. If you go by the 500 hour recommendation, you have to do 100 hours a month. That’s about 3 hours a day. So is that something you could manage?
