L2 Ethics Question

Could we discuss this question - which answer do you think is correct? a) If an Investment Manager departed from company [A] and tried to start his own firm, he thinks that he could take between 100 - 300 analysts from company [A] legally and in good taste. However, company [A] will temporarily be unhappy with with IM for a short period of time, but will be ok with the IM in the long run. b) If an Investment Manager departed from company [A] and tried to start his own firm, that would be fine. He need not take other people. c) Investment Managers should always be on good terms with corporations, foreign countries, and competitors, no matter what.

b looks like the safest answer. I don’t really like the question structure, it doesn’t seem to be in the style of Cfa, schweser or anything I have seen up to now.

B and ditto perdition’s comment.

Cool thanks perdition. I had the answers but not the question stem (I think it might have been from Stalla). The answer is B.
