Last minute studying is like chasing chickens: study intercorporate investments study equity, oops forgot to review derivatives study quant study econ oops haven’t studied corporate finance in a week more ethics back to PM damn, haven’t touched Fixed income in a couple days ------- impossible
I’m doing a light review over Fixed Income tonight. Rereading all of Ethics Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, I’m getting a goodluck blowjob from my girlfriend. If I don’t know it after 4 months of straight studying, I’m not going to learn it in one extra night.

I totally disagree with the last sentence. I always pick up a couple things the day before the exam. A formula here I forgot, a concept I forgot. That little bit might make the difference between that 1 question that passes or fails you. Its like those people who don’t bring any study material to the exam site (not into the room obviously). Why not? Brush up, and if you realize you are weak on something, quickly check it out and feel confident enough. I study until the last minute.

I know stuff grade a mock. I know nothing. …and the cycle begins yet again. …onward…
I’m down w Pistol Pete Marivich, one of the best basketball players ever I’m bringing study materials to the center. If they ask some crazy vignette that i get stuck on, I’m gonna study it inbetween sessions b/c CFA has been known to ask the same rough vignette 2x

What do you chase chickens with: schweser notes? CFAI books? Homemade flash cards? A bible?

no they won’t ask the same vignette twice, but they would ask the same material twice I’m the opposite: I’m gonna focus on what I just got wrong, because they may ask it again
Honestly if you don’t know of something specific, I really wouldn’t bother trying to go over an entire section unless its ethics past Wednesday. Friday after 1PM, I am putting everything away.
I was thinking Pistol Pete Sampras
