Anyone have a Quickstart guide (either a web site or youtube) that teaches people how to operate Excel and Windows without a mouse?

I’m not 100% but the way I’m learning is from googling for “excel shortcuts”. And then just learn how to use the ribbon, ALT…

I learned on my own. It’s easy.

You just pick things up. Doing something repetitive? Google for a shortcut. Eventually you just find yourself operating without touching the mouse.
