Hi John, I tried and did not succeed-would appreciate ur help. Cud u kindly send me ur notes? My addy rgaoraelwe@hotmail.com Thanks

John, I don’t want your notes because I plan on rocking this on my own! It’s too bad so many people don’t believe in their study habits and need the hard part of the work done for them. I hope each and every one of them fails in June. Do you really think that the CFAI encourages this? Study groups are one thing; giving out notes are another. Best of luck to all of you that put time and effort into this.

I appreciate your perspective but I must disagree. Based on your logic, you could argue that candidates shouldn’t use the Schweser materials and should rely solely on the texts–this really does not make any sense from an efficiency perspective. All of us learn through various methods. At the end of the day what matters is whether or not you understand the concepts underlying investment analysis. Whether you learn these concepts through the texts, Schwesers, study groups, notes etc. what really matters if you have learned the concepts at hand. Ultimately, the objective of the program is to provide a structure and framework for informed investment decisions. Regardless of the road you take to get to this point, as long as you get there, you and the investing public is better off. Just my two cents…

please send them my way as well cmbakerj at gmail.com

This is a very kind thing you’re doing. I would appreciate a copy of your notes. Thanks again. thouse@mt.gov
