okay so financial leverage leverage is assets/equity so what kind of leverage is debt/eq?
It’s not a leverage, it’s the debt to equity ratio.
LOL… debt to equity is also a measure of leverage… If you have stupid ammounts of debt in your capital structure you are highly leveraged but i just can’t remember the exact term…
If you have stupid ammounts of debt, that will show up in your assets, in financial leverage as assets/equity.
