I’m a newbe trying to learn more about the LIBOR rates. Where can you access a quote? Can you look it up online? Is it only computed daily?

Thanks. How often is LIBOR computed? Are there varying computations of LIBOR. (I read its an avg of several Banks overnight loan rate)
