Is that a good or a bad thing?..can’t see it being much help personally.
Probabilility of getting a right answer is higher (1/3 instead of 1/4.) Cheers 
From reading the CFAI stance on this one it looks like they are trying to have the one correct answer and two that are close, as opposed to the correct answer, one or two answers that are close and one or two that are just crazy. I think net effect will be small if they can achieve their goals with regards to answer creation. My point of view anyway
Agree on the probs, but for ones I am unsure there is sometimes a clue from the one answer that appears to be the outlier.
