M&A ideas in low leverage environ?

Hey guys and gals - anyone work in M&A who have a good resource for some creative financing techniques (namely, deals not involving excessive debt/notes, or making deals work for non-public entities). Trying to make a deal in this low-leverage environment, however the intermediary must get paid too :). Thanks for your help!

Bump (thanks!)

I’ve always entertained the idea of mating a bulldog and a shih-tzu. Or perhaps a donkey and a zebra.
