Depends what position, ie. experience. Convexity and duration inside and out, like the angle of your…your know.
in a trading interview for natural gas a buddy of mine had a guy ask him, randomly throughout an interview, things like: “whats 11*13?” “on a clock, if the big-hand is pointing to the 12 and the little hand is pointing to the 4, how many degrees is the angle between the two?” etc, etc… essentially they were testing his ability to do math in his head and think quickly. he did end up getting a job offer, so he must have gotten most of them right…
