Maximum sit-out period

Hi to all,

Maybe you can help me.

Is there a maximum duration within one has to complete the whole CFA program (pass all exams)?

Or is there a maximum time frame until you have to pass Part II before your passed Part I is declared invalid?

There is no time limit nor is there a fail limit.
