For an MBA that requires 2 years of experience minimum, do you need it at the time of applying or at the time of starting the MBA ? Example: If you started working in July 2008, and you apply now in Jan/Feb, you only have 1 year 6 months experience. But by the time MBA classes start in September, you wil have done more then 2 years.
some MBA requires no exp.
It will probably vary, read websites with requirements closely. For mine the requirement was two years of experience when you start the program.
