The way I compute MAD is [2nd] [DATA] → insert all the values there. Next, [2nd] [STAT] and two down arrows to retrieve mean. Next, I click [2nd] [MEM] and insert variables subtracted by mean (if there is a negative value i change its sign to positive) and store by clicking ENTER. Lastly, I add all of them using RCL[0] , RCL[1], … and divide by ‘‘N’’.
Has anybody arrived at a quicker way of calculating MAD? Thanks in advance.
