I submitted my application for affiliate membership about 2 weeks ago…no news so far…
When I log into CFA institute website, it says “under review”.
Origianally I applied for regular membership. One week after I submitted my application, CFAI Institute contacted me asking for some details regarding my first job.
How long would it take to hear back from CFAI this time?
Probably about a month.
Seriously? Why they replied me so fast last time regarding the experience that wasn’t qualified…>_<
Probably because these meetings of the local society usually take place once a month. I’m guessing you hit very near the latest meeting. That’s my best guess.
Just drop the CFAI society guy an email looking to follow up, if its a small society, they’ll approve it.
