Method of average RoE - you take the latest year for BVPS?

in book one AM Q 34 it takes the current year 2008 value but the notation says BVPS 2007? very confusing

should be current.

keep in mind, Ending value for BVPS for 2007 is the same as beginning BVPS for 2008.
