This is from Exhibit 8 in Reading 41, page 154. How is the last column “Total Value Added” calculated? Is it not the sum of pure sector allocation, allocation/seclection interaction, and within-sector selection? eg for Basic materials = -0.01 +0+(-0.01) = -0.02?? Table shows a value of -0.01?

I think there is some rounding off effect involved.

line 4 or 5 also shows -0.04 + -0.02 = -0.05
