It seems to me that, after reviewing the answers to my ethics questions, whenever you sense a violation of the code and standards has occurred, it automatically falls under misconduct. In that case, if a question asks which standard did a member/candidate LEAST violate, you can scratch that one off the list. Am I correct?
I saw that on a couple of schweser questions as well and it tripped me up. I am going to go out on a limb and make that assumption in the test on Saturday. Anything to help me with those d-zam ‘which of these is least likely’ questions…
