missing pages - pls help!

Hi, I’m using 2007 Schweser Notes. For some reasons i’m missing pages 9 and 10 for Book 2. Can somebody please scan and email those 2 pages to me? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. sleepybird@msn.com

just sent it. Let me know if you have trouble opening it up. I don’t know how to scan in Word correctly. They are jpg files.
