pardone me if this has been covered earlier but which one is closer to the real exam … Mock tests or the CFAI sample i m jus about done with all of Schweser

well I just saw the real exam and I have to say Book 7 is more like the real one…if you want a copy just send a paypal pmt of $1000 to my email… ok jokes aside, I have not done either, but then I have not done any practice exams yet…hopefully starting on sunday…but from what I hear people are saying mock is more representative due to the fact that you will get every topic on there I guess.

Niblita have u taken CFAI 's Mocks or Sample which one shld i go for am done with Schweser

if it can be afforded just go for all 4. i know it sucks to shell out another $180 at this point, but last year for LI i swear there were questions on the real deal from the cfai practice exams. even if not exact, i’m sure some will be close. plus you’ll get more insight into their lines of reasoning.

Ive done samples 1 and 2. Two obviously kicked my a$$. I just can’t answer accurately scrolling up and down and then I get frustrated. That being said, I am probably going to buy at least one other sample.

I did the samples, was happy with the experience, will be doing the mocks sunday. Originally slated them for sat but figured i’d better push it back a day.

how did u score ??? n how r they compared to book 7 ?

Take the 2nd Sample exam first. Its better to start at the bottom and work your way up. I got an 80% on Sample1 then a 60% on Sample2 :frowning: I hope Sample3 will be more merciful.

Isn’t there only 1 sample exam…which is free…and there are 2 mocks for which CFA charges 100 bucks…
