Hi there, Anybody got any links to free past mock/practice papers? Just finished first read of mayerial, time to start getting into the hard part! If not free what is the best site for printable past papers? Thanks
CFAI provides one sample exam and one mock exam free of charge for candidates. I think they should be available soon for Level I.
were supposed to get a sample exam today
Can someone explain the difference between the mock and sample exam? I’m sure I could find out somewhere on the CFA website but I figured it would be easiest to ask here.
Is the free sample exam available? All i see in the testing boxes is the 2 $40 samples. I dont see the free one, after logging into the cfa testing area site
I think you get 1 free mock exam with your registration, 0 free sample exams.
Sample Exams: Cost: First use: US$40 per exam. After both versions have been taken, subsequent use is US$20 per exam. Each exam: 2 hours Mock Exam: Cost: One free exam with your registration. Level I exam: 6 hours
Got it thanks, going to take the sample in about an hour. Should be a good gauge
Thanks all, I’l be working through the two sample ones this weekend, however would love to have printable copies of these or even prior sample/mock papers to help with revision. Seems to be v difficult to get hold of a file of multiple exams from the last five years or so. Not sure about you guys but this is key. the end of chapter questions just seem a bit flaky at times…
did anybody try out the CFA latest sample questions?how are they?i am thinking of buying Any thoughts/feedback? Thanks
would taking the CFAI EOC questions do the job in representing the exam tests or would you guys suggest taking the sample exam as well? my problem is it’s only 60 questions for the entire curriculum and not sure how it would help. Can someone who has taken both CFAI ECO and sample exam shed some light please?
I passed in June. The free sample exam is closest to the actual exam. Apparently Elan provide some great samples of the exam too. The EOC questions are a must to reinforce knowledge. As for one of the posts asking for past exams, it’s a violation to distribute them.
Take the free CFA mock for sure. The CFA sample exams seem a bit pricey if they’re $40 for just 60 questions. You might be better off purchasing Elan’s mocks then.
