Anyone think that the LOSs in the mortgage security section of Fixed Income require calculations? LOS 26d is intense, but LOS uses the work ‘Compare.’ Non calculation right?
if it is the 2 bond hedge - I would take that any day. - given it is a 2 dimensional simultaneous equation.
Well, I’m not doing this for personal enjoyment, & compare doesn’t mean calculate, so I’m passing that one over.
neither am I – but compared to some other esoteric qualitative stuff - this is surer points … the way I look at it.
for some mental relaxation , try formulating an IPS for a non-life insurance company …
