I’m really confused. question 7 practice problems for reading 12 p345. why was that a two tailed test. I would have thought its either or. either the returns are higher or they are not? help please.

The question asked differ; so better or worse. So it makes this a two tailed test. Not in this question but be careful that F test is one-tailed.
