MVA and Invested Capital

Hello,

I have some doubt regarding MVA. Would you kindly confirm the following pls ?:

MVA= Market Value - Invested Capital

where Market Value= MV Debt + MV Equity or NWC + Net Assets

and where Invested Capital= BV Debt + BV Equity
