my practice exam score

Vol.2 83, 83, 88 Vol.1 86, 82, 84 About 1000 hours of studying so far.

You’re money. I’m getting low 70s and thinking its good.

I have only studied for 280 hours.

You are good to go.

My background is far from finance. I started studying the 2days after level 1 exam in December.

I started from Feb 2014.Still 1000 hours is a monster.

Let say I can’t afford to fail. The cost is huge for me. I don’t earn in dollars

I cannot afford to fail too.

I did about 1500hrs over 12 months for level 1.

You’ve averaged over 5.5 hours per day for L2 and over 4 hours per day over the course of a year for L1? How is that sustainable if you work? If you don’t, then why can’t you afford to fail other than the exam fee (which is nothing in the grand scheme of things)?

.

I currently work in my primary field of qualification, I can’t do finance related work now until next year. I’ll have less free time to study when I switch to finance. I plan to start reading for level 3 immediately after this exam and be almost ready for level 3 exam by dec. Then I’ll be ready to work in finance no matter the work schedule. All thing equal if I pass level 2. BTW, the exam cost is a lot to me.

Did you try CFAI mock? What was your score in those mocks. I think schwesar and CFAI mock are pretty different schwesar is still all calculation but CFAI mock test you more on concepts.

Yet to take CFA mock, I’ll take one this weekend

I took the non-march CFAI mock this week. Got 72% AM, 73% PM. Anyone else care to post their results?

Also, I very much dislike how once you leave the results page you can’t review your answers anymore, unless I just can’t fiugre out how to do it. I know you can see the question, but its useless without the vignette.

1,000 hours for level 2?

1,500 hours for level 1?

surprise surprise

Regret opening this thread…

Why? You don’t like reading an internet pissing contest over who can score the highest with the fewest hours of studying?

Did not count my hours, but these scores can undermine anybody’s confidence going into the exam…

don’t worry, ill help you. i got a 60 in the first CFAI mock, and a 65 in the AM session of the march mock.
