My company will usually print the name in bold letter while CFA is not. Is it ok? And which one is correct, “XXX, CFA FRM” or “XXX, CFA, FRM”?

as long as the letters are not more prominent than the name (larger, bolder, etc.), and are presented as allowed by the CFAI, you can do whatever.
