It says this: “June 2017 Levels I and II exam results (pass/fail only) will be emailed 25 July, after 9:00 a.m. ET. Level III results will be emailed in early August”
The breakdowns will be available on their website for one year, thereafter only pass fail letters can be received from CFAI
I think that refers to only people who sat for the exam… people who didn’t take the exam, don’t receive the results

No shit, people should start using their heads and realize that the reason the Level I from 2016 results were like that was an IT issue and should be corrected for June results.
